Danni is fantastic!!

She has had a huge impact on AVA and our Emerging Leaders initiative, over the past three years that we have been working with her.

Danni has developed the Hi-Po programme which has significantly increased the speed in which we can move people into leadership roles. The programme supports each person, which has helped to develop an increased level of understanding and performance, whilst supporting everyday problem solving.

This is now an integral part of AVA which we have committed to going forward.
