Advisory

As businesses grow, things change.

The people change. Teams get bigger. Leaders change. Decisions become more complicated. And the culture that worked when you were smaller doesn't always work in the same way anymore.

I help businesses understand what's happening and work out what needs to change, from leadership and culture to the way people communicate, collaborate and make decisions. That might mean consulting on strategy, running workshops and training, or facilitating sessions with your team, depending on what's needed.

The work starts with understanding the business, the people and what's really going on. From there, we work out what will make the biggest difference.

Who it's for

  • Businesses scaling faster than their culture can absorb, whether growing organically, through investment, or through a merger or acquisition

  • Leadership teams under sustained strain or mid-restructure

  • Organisations going through a culture shift, whether from new leadership, a change in strategy, or the need to reset after a difficult period

  • Teams that need motivating and upskilling across a wide range of skills, from change and resilience to growth and beyond

  • Organisations where something isn't working, but no one can quite put their finger on why

01

Understanding your culture

Before we try to change anything, we need to understand what's really going on.

What's working well? What's not? Where are people thriving, and where are they struggling? What does the culture actually reward? Where are the tensions, bottlenecks or behaviours getting in the way?

I use conversations, interviews, psychometrics and behavioural insight to build a clear picture of the organisation, not just what people say is happening, but what is actually happening.

From there, we can work out what needs to change and where to focus our effort.

02

Developing your people

Good people don't automatically become good leaders.

I design and deliver training around what your people actually need, from leadership and management development to high-potential programmes, resilience and psychological safety.

Nothing is pulled from a shelf. The content, format and delivery are shaped around your people, your business and what you're trying to achieve.

03

Bringing people together

Sometimes people need to get in a room and have the conversation they've been avoiding.

I facilitate leadership offsites, team sessions and workshops around team effectiveness, difficult behaviour, conflict and pressure.

The aim isn't simply to get everyone talking. It's to understand what's really going on, deal with the difficult stuff and leave with a clearer way forward.

04

Helping change happen

Change is rarely just about the plan. It's about whether people can actually adapt to it.

I help organisations manage the people side of change, using an ADKAR-based approach where appropriate.

That might include supporting a new strategy, restructuring, leadership change or the introduction of AI, particularly when the technology is moving faster than people and ways of working can keep up.

A short call, an honest diagnosis, then a plan.

Most work starts with a 30-minute conversation about what's actually happening. If I'm the right person for it, I'll tell you how I'd approach it. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too.
