And I love sharing what I've learned. That's what my talks are about: taking the psychology of human behaviour and bringing it into the real world of work.
I talk about resilience, difficult behaviour, leadership, change, power, motivation and what happens to people when the pressure is on. I use research, real examples, humour and personal stories to make the psychology interesting, understandable and useful.
The aim isn't to give people another lecture. It's to make them think, recognise something they've experienced themselves and perhaps see it a little differently. And ideally, leave with something they can actually do with it.
I also speak on panels, take part in fireside conversations, run workshops and deliver keynote sessions with Q&A.
