1:1 Executive & Leadership Coaching

There's a reason they say it's lonely at the top…

There are decisions you can't easily talk through with your team. Problems you can't take to the board. And sometimes you just need someone outside the business who you can talk to openly, without an agenda.

That's where coaching can help.

I work one-to-one with executives, founders and senior leaders dealing with pressure, change, difficult decisions, relationships or the demands of a bigger role.

Sometimes you need a different perspective. Sometimes you need to work something through. Sometimes you already know what you need to do and just need somewhere to think out loud.

Who it's for

  • Executives, founders and business owners who want a trusted, experienced, independent person to think things through with

  • Leaders dealing with difficult relationships at work and navigating political landscapes

  • Newly promoted and senior leaders stepping into bigger roles

  • High-potential leaders preparing for their next move

What's included · how it works

01

Discovery first

We start with a complimentary 30-minute introductory call, then an exploratory 90-minute discovery session: who are you, what's happening, what's already been tried, and what success would actually look like. Psychometric assessment is used if necessary.

02

Format and cadence

All sessions after the discovery session run 60 minutes. You book when you need them. Sometimes that's weekly, sometimes it's a check-in every six months. I work to what you need, not a fixed schedule. Sessions are held online unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.

The magic happens between the sessions.

03

What it covers

A decade of academic training and thousands of hours of practical experience lets me offer a truly bespoke service, built for you and only you.

Sometimes you already know what's wrong. Other times, you just know something's off. Either way, we start there. It could be your team, or a decision about the business you've been avoiding. Perhaps you're ready for the next step but can't see the way to it yet. Or maybe there's something from your past still weighing on you, and it's time to actually deal with it.

Whatever you need is what we cover.

04

How progress is measured

I'm not interested in tracking attendance or handing you a satisfaction score at the end. What matters is what's changed: how you handle pressure, how you make decisions, how you feel about your role and career, and how the people around you experience you differently.

We agree what that looks like for you at the start, check in on it as we go, and review it properly at the end. If something isn't shifting, we change the approach, not just book another session.

The fine print

Packages start at six sessions and are sold in increments of six, whether you're booking personally or through your organisation, with fees starting from £4,000 (+VAT). Corporate clients can also take an annual package, structured in half-day increments per month.

Most of my work happens online. In-person sessions are available by prior agreement, though I don't keep a consulting room, so you'll need to arrange a suitable location, and travel is charged separately. I work internationally and visit New York quarterly to see clients there in person.

Fees are payable upfront and non-refundable, with VAT (20%) applied depending on where you're based. The exact structure is confirmed on our initial call, once it's clear what you or your team need.

In their words

I would recommend Dannielle to anyone considering professional coaching without reservation. Dannielle has enabled me to understand myself better in 6 months than my attempt in over 40 years! The results have been transformative for me, both professionally and personally and where the world was previously very black and white, Dannielle's insight now allows me to see in full technicolour! This has made a huge impact on not just me but as a result those around me at work and home. Thank you Dannielle.

Group Sales Director, Giant Group

Danni coached my team as we were coming to terms with the impact of Brexit on our market and how to find resilience and look at difficult situations in a better mindset. This bespoke training programme certainly left us mentally prepared and in the current climate those valuable lessons continue to guide our approach today.

Danni brought a refreshingly kind but challenging perspective to my career planning, she used her combination of experience career coaching others in large companies and psychology insights to help me reframe and replan my career approach.

My time with Dannielle was truly life changing. She helped me find a clear and progressive path for my career whilst decluttering some of my personal issues. It's amazing how much clarity you can gain from these sessions. I do and have recommended DH to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind and impressive Business Coach.

Dannielle Haig is a brilliant Coach. I'm always in awe at how she's able to get to the heart of the matter. My personal experience with Dannielle has given me the confidence I needed to make the next steps in my professional career. She's insightful, patient, has real emotional intelligence, a deep level of knowledge and integrity. Since seeing Dannielle, I fell more at peace, or know how to get there, no matter what may be happening in my life. Dannielle is easily the most uplifting person I know, and I can, without reservation, recommend her to anyone wishing to improve their skills and make positive changes to their life.

A short call, an honest diagnosis, then a plan.

Most work starts with a 30-minute conversation about what's actually happening. If I'm the right person for it, I'll tell you how I'd approach it. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too.
