Ready-made workshop · For senior leaders

Leading Change. Leading AI.

A three-part leadership programme for senior leaders navigating AI, automation and constant change.

Dannielle Haig with senior leaders in a boardroom session

AI is changing how businesses work, but the harder challenge isn't the technology, it's the leadership around it. Leaders are being asked to keep standards high and teams steady while the tools, the expectations and the pace of change shift underneath them, usually without a clear playbook.

You are expected to:

  • Know when to trust automation and when to challenge it

  • Lead your team through change without losing performance or confidence

  • Make good decisions when certainty is no longer guaranteed

This programme is for the leaders carrying that responsibility.

This is not an AI training course

You won't be taught how to use a particular tool. This is a leadership programme about how you think, decide and lead in a business where AI is now part of the work, and how you bring your people with you.

What you'll leave with

  • A framework for trusting automation. A practical tool for deciding which work AI can be trusted with, which needs checking, and where human judgement must lead.

  • Greater personal resilience. Ways to stay effective, and stay well, through sustained change without burning out.

  • A clearer read on your team. An understanding of the concerns your people hold about AI, and your own, so you can address them rather than talk past them.

  • The words to lead change. Communication approaches that build confidence rather than resistance.

  • A 90-day leadership plan. A practical roadmap for your own team, which you can keep private or share as you choose.

The programme

Before the programmea short pre-programme survey on your role, your team and your concerns about AI, plus a participant workbook.

Session one (2 hours)

  • Where AI really is. An honest reality check on what AI can and can't yet do, and what that means for leaders.

  • The psychology of trusting automation. Why capable leaders over-trust or under-trust systems, and how to calibrate your judgement.

Session two (2 hours)

  • Leading yourself through change. Resilience as a leadership skill, starting with you: what sustained change costs and how to stay effective without burning out.

Between sessionsa short practical task after each session to try back at work.

Session three (2 hours)

  • Leading your team through change. How your steadiness flows through to your team and the wider organisation, and how to handle the conversations that matter most.

  • Your 90-day action plan. Turning insight into immediate leadership action.

Why this, why now

AI adoption is accelerating, but most organisations aren't struggling with the technology so much as with leadership confidence, trust and readiness for change. The businesses that do well won't simply be the ones with the best systems; they'll be the ones whose leaders can build trust, make clear decisions and bring their people with them.
